Large Crane Flips, Shuts Route 9 In Central Jersey (Updated)

A large crane overturned closing Route 9 in Middlesex County, authorities said.

The crash occurred at about 9:20 a.m. on Monday, May 13 on the southbound ramps to Route 184 (King George Post Road) in Woodbridge, NJDOT reported.

The on- and off-ramps remained closed at about 1 p.m., Woodbridge police said.

There were minor injuries, they said.
